Any graduate can request a table to set up
Deadlines:
RSVP by: April 14th
Deadline to submit photos for slideshow and bios for the program: April 30
Deadline for cap/gown orders via HSLDA: April 20
Apparel
This year, the graduates will be wearing a matte black gown and cap. Students will be able to choose their own color tassels and decorate their caps. There are a few options: via bulk order from HSLDA, or on your own via Amazon, etc.
Diploma
We can put in a group order, but will need a lot of details… it may be easier to do individually. However, if you’d like to be in the group order, let us know through the contact form.
Program
Please send us a paragraph about yourself that is about 100-200 words for the program, and one picture. Please Click HERE to send your bio and graduation picture to be included in the program. The deadline for this is April 30. This is a hard deadline. After this, your graduate will not be included in the program.
Slideshow
We will ask you for 20-50 pictures of the graduate for a 2-minute slideshow. Please Click HERE to send your pictures for the slideshow.
Helpers
We would encourage parents to be helpers for the day, and will send out a list of what is needed. We are planning a reception, so everyone will be encouraged to bring something for that.
